Tell us about your event.

Dietary or allergen requirements? Please tell us only what our team needs to serve your event safely, for example: ‘2 vegan, 1 peanut allergy’. Please avoid guest names, medical histories or unrelated health details.

By including dietary or allergen requirements, you confirm you are authorised to provide them and that they may be shared with the relevant Axis event team or service provider solely for safe event delivery.
